Tecan Detection Systems

Infinite™ F500 and Safire²™ are High End Detection systems from Tecan that are certified HTRF® for use with Cisbio Bioassays assays and reagents. These instruments are multifunctional, modular platforms that provide flexibility and speed for pharmaceutical assay development or screening and any research environment.

Both systems can be used in combination with Tecan's Freedom EVO® automated platforms or other robotic systems, and an optional stacker allows to process microplate batches of up to 50.

Infinite™ F500 is a filterbased instrument that is optimized for high sensitivity and measurement speed. By selecting the high-speed "on the fly" mode, a 1536 well plate can be read in less than 30 seconds. Integrated injectors with selectable volumes enhance the flexibility of the Infinite™ F500 for fast fluorescence and luminescence reactions.

Safire²™ is a fully modular microplate detection system based on the quad-4 monochromator technology that offers a range of high speed detection techniques. The fast scanning mode of Safire²™and adjustable bandwidths in the range of 5 nm to 20 nm enables high-speed recording of excitation, emission or absorbance spectra which is ideal for characterizing a large number of compounds.
