The high performance microplate readers from BMG LABTECH are excellent HTRF detection platforms for Cisbio Bioassays reagents. The RUBYstar is a dedicated microplate reader for high-end HTRF measurements. The PHERAstar microplate reader series includes the PHERAstar Plus and the PHERAstar FS. These high-end HTS multidetection microplate readers provide uncompromising sensitivity, speed and dynamic range. The PHERAstar series supports endpoint readings as well as kinetic measurements and well scanning. They are built around a multifunctional assay platform with multiple excitation sources and four PMTs for optimal performance in any assay mode. These readers are the only microplate readers on the market that can capture TR-FRET decay curves in real-time for assay optimization. Moreover, sequential dual excitation, selected matched pairs of PMTs, simultaneous dual emission detection, and ratiometric calculations are important features for unrivalled HTRF performance. The FLUOstar Omega and POLARstar Omega are mid-throughput life science readers certified for HTRF. The Advanced TRF Optic Head enables the Omega readers to perform HTRF assays. All BMG LABTECH readers can be integrated into robotic platforms for HTS work or can be equipped with BMG LABTECH's 50 plate Stacker for stand-alone use.
