Principles of HTRF® cell-based assays

Cisbio Bioassays has developed a wide selection of HTRF-based assays compatible with whole cells, thereby enabling functional assays run under more physiological conditions. For HTS purposes, HTRF® cell-based assay protocols have been streamlined to single-plate processes from cell culture to assay readout. Cells remain intact until the final detection step in which lysis buffer is included.
