SIRT1 NEW FORMAT!

Format: acetylated d2-labeled substrate recognized by a Eu(K)-labeled antibody. Signal is directly linked to enzyme activity. Maximum signal is obtained without enzyme and decreases as the enzyme removes the acetyl group from the substrate.

Applications: High Throughput SIRT1 inhibitor or activator Screening.
