Cisbio has developed a comprehensive platform of universal and enzyme specific assays for key oncology targets.

Kinases are an important target class in drug discovery. The universal solutions like HTRF KinEASE™ and HTRF Transcreener® ADP considerably simplify the investigation of kinase targets and complement our kinase toolbox, that provides a panel of highly specific reagents. Combining HTRF technology with its kinase and cell-based assay expertise, Cisbio has developed homogeneous functional assays to detect activated kinases in whole cells. These assays are simple and rapid alternative to Western blot, ELISA or bead-based detection assays. Using streamlined protocols, amenable to low-volume format, the kits are precisely designed for high-throughput screening.

HTRF Transcreener® ADP

HTRF Transcreener® ADP assay is a universal solution for any ADP-producing enzymes, such as kinases and ATPases. This assay is a homogeneous non-radioactive and enzyme-free detection solution for measuring the generation of ADP. It is compatible with any substrate target and is well suited to lipid kinases (PI3K).

HTRF kinEASE™

HTRF KinEASE™ is a universal platform for Ser/Thr & Tyr kinases. These kits use a series of biotinylated universal substrates and a single MAb to cover more than 160 kinases. HTRF® KinEASE™ means straightforward kinase assay development with maximum sensitivity.

HTRF Kinase Toolbox contains tools such as Europium Cryptate labeled anti-phosphoresidue antibodies for measuring either Ser/Thr or Tyr kinase-specific enzyme activity, kinase substrates and buffers.
