Cisbio has developed a comprehensive platform of universal and enzyme specific assays for key oncology targets.

Kinases are an important target class in drug discovery. The universal solutions like HTRF KinEASE™ and HTRF Transcreener® ADP considerably simplify the investigation of kinase targets and complement our kinase toolbox, that provides a panel of highly specific reagents. For each of these solutions, Cisbio also offers services for custom labeling and for kinase assay development (more).

Combining HTRF technology with our kinase and cell-based assay expertise, Cellul'erk provides an innovative solution for screening phosphorylated ERK1/2 in whole cells.

For each of these solutions, Cisbio also offers services for custom labeling and for kinase assay development (more).

Kinases are just one area of interest in Oncology research. Additional oncology-related assays developed by Cisbio include HTRF Ubiquitin assay and Heparanase assay for the study of cell signaling disregulation

Cellul'erk

Cellul'erk allows the exploration of MAP Kinases pathway through the direct detection of phosphorylated ERK1/2 in a cell-based format.

HTRF Transcreener® ADP

HTRF Transcreener® ADP assay is a universal solution for any ADP-producing enzymes, such as kinases and ATPases. This assay is a homogeneous non-radioactive and enzyme-free detection solution for measuring the generation of ADP. It is compatible with any substrate target and is well suited to lipid kinases (PI3K).

HTRF kinEASE™

HTRF KinEASE™ is a universal platform for Ser/Thr & Tyr kinases. These kits use a series of biotinylated universal substrates and a single MAb to cover more than 160 kinases. HTRF® KinEASE™ means straightforward kinase assay development with maximum sensitivity.

HTRF kinase toolbox

HTRF Kinase Toolbox contains tools such as Europium Cryptate labeled anti-phosphoresidue antibodies for measuring either Ser/Thr or Tyr kinase-specific enzyme activity, kinase substrates and buffers.

Features:

  • Universal Ser/Thr & Tyr assay platform
  • Universal ADP assay
  • Toolbox reagents for assay development flexibility
  • Simple and rapid assay protocols
  • Key oncology-related enzymatic assays
  • Miniaturization down to < 10µl
  • HTS, profiling and MOA studies
