GPCR Tag-lite^® services platform

With the new Tag-lite service platform, Cisbio Bioassays offers a full line of services, including target construction and cell-based assay optimization. This is accomplished through direct on-going communication with our local dedicated scientific consultants.

Plasmid design

• A plasmid is designed to express the SNAP-Tag at the N-terminal position of the GPCR of interest (10 µg).
• The plasmid expression at the cell surface is validated with SNAP-Lumi4®-Tb substrate.

Design and synthesis of a bioactive fluorescent ligand

• Cisbio expertise and our collaboration network to address peptides, proteins and small organic molecules.
• Red and a green fluorescent ligands are manufactured.

Binding assay optimization

• GPCR labelling with the appropriate SNAP-Lumi4®-Tb concentration.
• Selection of the appropriate fluorescent ligand (red or green) in a ligand binding assay (Kd determination).

Delivery

• Tag-lite user licence for research only.
• Tag-lite binding assay protocol
• Plasmid construction (10 µG)
• Reagent to perform 2,500 wells at 20 µL
