Cisbio Bioassays offers a line of three ready-to-use assays for measuring cAMP using HTRF® technology. Each kit is optimized for the detection of a specific range of cAMP concentrations, to enable assay sensitivity fine tuning. These kits give high quality, cell-based assay screening in 96-, 384- or 1536-well formats.
cAMP kits are based on a competitive immunoassay using cryptate-labeled anti-cAMP antibody and d2-labeled cAMP.
cAMP femto kits are the most sensitive cAMP cell-based assays. With the introduction of Lumi4®-Tb cryptate, cAMP femto is now available with two cryptates (europium or terbium). Both kits enable the detection of as little as 28 pM cAMP (0.6 fmoles/well in 20µl volume).
cAMP dynamic 2 covers a wide range of cAMP concentrations. This kit is ideal for a broad range of Gi/s assays.
With an extended signal-to-background ratio and Z' > 0.9, cAMP HiRange is streamlined for HTS. The antibody does not cross-react with ATP. membrane preparations
