The Bombesin BB3 receptor ligand binding assay was performed using:
- cells expressing the SNAP-receptor labeled with terbium cryptate
- ligand labeled with a red-emitting HTRF fluorescent probe
Results obtained with this assay were very similar to those obtained with the radio ligand reference method.
