Ip-One

IP-One is a patented HTRF® assay for measuring Gq-coupled GPCR activation. Receptor stimulation is detected via the accumulation of IP1, a downstream metabolite of IP3 in the inositol phoshphate pathway. IP1 is stable in the presence of LiCl allowing for endpoint measurement and thus simplified HTS.
