Cisbio Bioassays offers a line of cell-based, functional assays for monitoring Gs, Gi and Gq coupled receptor activation, all using HTRF® technology. HTRF cAMP and IP-One assays are based on our proprietary d2 acceptor with EC50s that are stable for 7 days. These assays are easily miniaturized and ideal for high throughput agonist, antagonist and inverse agonist screening.
HTRF® Solutions
Cisbio Bioassays offers a line of three ready-to-use assays for measuring cAMP using HTRF® technology. Each kit is optimized for detecting a specific range of cAMP concentrations to allow fine tuning of assay sensitivity. These kits enable high quality, cell-based assay screening in 96-, 384- or 1536-well formats.
HTRF® Solutions
GPCR Gq stimulation triggers the Inositol Phosphate (IP) cascade. Several metabolites in this pathway, including IP3, have extremely short half lives. IP1, a downstream metabolite, accumulates in cells following Gq activation and is stable in the presence of LiCl making it an ideal read out of receptor activation. Cisbio Bioassays developed a high throughput, cell-based HTRF assay for measuring IP1.
